The SLHTA is pleased to advise of a invitation extended by Monroe College to have a visiting lecturer conduct on-site Knife Skills training for interested properties.  Frank Constantino, Dean of the School of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts at Monroe College, has agreed to facilitate a knife skills training workshop for cooks and junior chefs of SLHTA member hotels during the week of 22^nd August 2011.  Interested properties are asked to note that training will be done on-property; interested properties will be required to provide all materials, supplies and equipment required for training and training groups should NOT number more than 10 participants.
