On Friday 29^th July 2011, the SLHTA facilitated a training workshop on customer service excellence for a number of Boat Boys from St. Vincent.  The Boat Boys contingent visited St. Lucia to gather more insights into our product.  While here they visited the marinas, held discussions with their local counterparts and received training.  The training exercise in Customer Service Excellence was held at the Discovery at Marigot Bay and facilitated by Mr. Noorani Azeez of the SLHTA.
