Let your taste buds guide you to Saint Lucia this summer for the island’s most anticipated culinary event! Saint Lucia has joined the ranks of well known foodie hot spots in hosting Summerlicious – a delicious summer event! Summerlicious is Saint Lucia’s very own “restaurant promotion” with a number of restaurants on island creating scintillating prix fixe menus to satisfy the most discerning palette without “breaking the bank”.

There’s ample time to sample lunch or dinner menus from participating restaurants as the event runs from July 1st to September 30th. Participating restaurants will offer two course lunches and three course dinners with lunch ranging from US$20 – $35 and dinner from US$35 – $55. There’s never a dull culinary moment during Summerlicious with an array of participating restaurants offering an eclectic mix of lunch and dinner options, be it Italian, Indian, Japanese or our flavourful local cuisine. Dinner patrons get to savour a signature cocktail created with Saint Lucian award winning Chairman’s Reserve Rum, a dark amber rum with rich notes of fruit and vanilla, which will be paired with dinner menus to enhance the dining experience.

No trip to Saint Lucia is complete without sampling the best cuisine the island has to offer and Summerlicious is the perfect opportunity to do just that! So whether you’re in the mood for a quick fresh lunch or an exquisite dinner, Summerlicious is sure to be a delicious summer experience!
